Thank you for your interest in working together!

This page provides a detailed look at what each service includes, how sessions are structured, and what you can expect as we move forward. My intention is to keep things clear and uncomplicated, so you have everything you need to choose what feels best for your family.

There is a complimentary consultation for all services. It’s a chance to meet, ask questions, explore your needs, and talk through how I can best support you. There’s no pressure and no commitment, just space to see if we’re a good match.

Birth Doula Package

Birth support with me means you are not walking through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum days alone. We spend time together before your baby arrives. Two prenatal sessions that gently guide you through comfort measures, breathwork, positions, and the emotional landscape of birth. These visits usually last about 60–90 minutes and are a space to settle in, ask questions, and find what feels grounding for you and your partner.

Throughout your pregnancy, you’ll have steady communication with me. Whether it’s reassurance, questions, resources, or updates, you can reach out anytime by text or email. My role is to support you consistently, not only at appointments.

During the final two weeks of your pregnancy, I shift into your on-call window. This means I’m available 24/7, I stay close to home, and I’m ready to join you whenever you need me — day or night.

When labor begins, I come to you when you feel ready. I bring presence, calm, and grounding. I offer non-clinical physical support like counterpressure, movement, breath reminders, massage, and positions that help your body work with labor. I support your partner so they feel confident and connected. I help you stay centered and informed, explaining what you’re feeling, normalizing sensations, and helping you communicate your preferences.

As your doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support. I do not perform clinical tasks such as vaginal exams, fetal heart monitoring, medical assessments, or medical advice. I don’t speak to providers on your behalf or make decisions for you — but I help you understand your options so you can advocate for yourself with clarity and confidence.

After your baby arrives, I visit twice for postpartum check-ins, each lasting about 60–90 minutes. These visits offer space to process your birth experience, receive feeding support, ask questions, settle into newborn rhythms, and feel grounded as you transition into life with your baby.

Postpartum Care

As your postpartum doula, my support meets you where you are and grows with you. I am here to offer calm, comfort, and clarity as you learn your baby and settle into this new season. The postpartum period is delicate. My intention is to help your space feel steadier and more supported so you can move through these early weeks with confidence and ease.

I offer several postpartum packages so families can choose the level of care that fits their rhythm, their needs, and their budget. Each option is structured with the same intention, the same presence, and the same focus on gentle support. The difference lies in how often I visit, how long our care extends, and how much ongoing guidance you’d like as you transition into life with your baby.

Below is a closer look at the postpartum support options available:

The Nest Package is a gentle, short-term introduction to postpartum support, four 4-hour visits that bring grounding, presence, and reassurance into your early days. During each visit, I help you rest, understand your baby’s cues, and ease into feeding and newborn rhythms without feeling overwhelmed. These visits often include soothing support, emotional check-ins, rest breaks, light household help, and hands-on guidance as you settle in with your baby.

$ 400.00

The Nurture Package offers deeper continuity with eight 4-hour visits spread across two to three weeks. This level of support gives your family time to find steadier rhythms, adjust to changing feeding patterns, and feel supported through the early shifts in sleep, recovery, and daily life. Each visit provides spacious time to rest, ask questions, and receive hands-on newborn guidance while your home starts to feel more settled.

$ 800.00

The Thrive Package brings extended, steady care. sixteen 4-hour visits woven across four to six weeks. This longer arc of support allows us to move beyond the earliest days and into the deeper unfolding of your new normal. Together, we build sustainable rhythms, support your recovery, navigate feeding changes, and process the emotional and practical shifts of early parenthood. Each visit offers grounding, presence, and gentle structure tailored to where you are that day.

$ 1200.00

The Rest & Rhythm Package centers entirely on restorative overnight care. With up to twenty overnight visits, I care for your baby throughout the night — bringing them to you for feeds if needed, or tending to bottle and pumping routines so you can stay resting. These nights offer deep, uninterrupted sleep, smoother days, and a steadier sense of balance for your whole family.

$ 30/hr

*Overnight care is set at an hourly rate to reflect the varying needs of each family during nighttime hours. This allows the cost to match the actual level of support provided, rather than a set flat fee that may not fit every situation.

Lactation Guidance

Feeding your baby is a learning process for both of you, and you deserve support that feels calm, validating, and centered on your unique goals. My approach to lactation care is rooted in my training through Doula Trainings International and strengthened through my certification with the Healthy Children Project as a Certified Lactation Counselor. This blend of education allows me to support feeding through a physiological and emotional lens.

A typical lactation visit includes a gentle feeding assessment, hands-on guidance, help with positioning, and emotional support for whatever feelings are present. We take our time and move at a pace that helps you feel seen and understood. If you choose to schedule follow up visits, we can continue together for as long as you need support, until you feel confident and comfortable with your feeding rhythm.

I remain within my scope as a Certified Lactation Counselor. If your situation ever needs care outside of what I can ethically or clinically provide, I will offer referrals to trusted providers so you always have access to the right level of support. I welcome every type of feeding journey. Breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, partial breastfeeding, combination feeding, or any approach that helps you and your baby feel supported is completely valid. My role is not to direct you toward one specific method. My role is to understand your goals, work with your body and your baby, and support you with steady encouragement. My intention is simple. I want to help you and your baby create a feeding relationship that feels sustainable for your family, aligned with your values, and supported by patience, clarity, and compassion.

Reproductive Health Support

I offer reproductive health support at $45 per hour for anyone navigating fertility care, gynecologic visits, pregnancy decision-making, loss, or any reproductive experience that feels vulnerable. My role is to be a compassionate presence throughout the process, both during appointments and in the moments between them.

At appointments, I accompany you into the room (when permitted), help you track questions you want to ask, take notes if you choose, support communication with providers, and hold space for whatever emotions come up. I’m there to help you feel grounded, not rushed, and to ensure you understand what’s being discussed so you can make decisions with clarity and confidence.

Between appointments, I offer emotional support, informational guidance, and help processing anything that arises, whether it’s reviewing treatment plans, talking through next steps, preparing questions for your provider, or simply checking in when things feel heavy or uncertain. Support can look like phone calls, texts, or scheduled virtual sessions depending on your preference.

This service is always non-clinical, client-centered, and rooted in compassion, autonomy, and your right to move through your reproductive health journey with dignity and support.
